A few highlights on the menu include a chilled seafood-on-ice station with rock lobsters, French oysters, river prawns and Japanese sashimi while snappers and blue crabs are getting prepared on the barbecue, or have it prepared by our chefs the way you like in our live kitchen. Also included in our Grand Seafood Barbecue is wide selection of gourmet salads, soups and homemade bakeries.
Our Chef also thought of meat lovers with grilled Australian sirloins to please the most discerning palates.
